Hi! How are you?

My name is Gloria, but I like to be called Glory, I am originally from a very small community called Miguel Hidalgo, belonging to the state of Veracruz. Academically I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and I am studying a Master's degree in Teaching.

During my 7 years of experience in the educational area, I consider myself a very patient, respectful, loving, fun person, with the skills and abilities necessary to work with children of different ages with or without disabilities.

It fills me with so much joy to be able to share with you how this passion for teaching and education arose for children from one year to 8 years of age. The first job I had was performing a social service in the National Council for Educational Development where I was assigned a rural community where I was in charge of 7 children of different ages in the preschool area, at that moment I realized that I was in the indicated workplace. During my stay in the community, I was able to see each of my students grow and learn, and the good comments made by the parents motivated me to continue giving my best and highlighting each one of my children's abilities and skills. At the end of the school year, I wanted to continue contributing a grain of sand to education in Mexico.

At the end of my social service they chose me as an applicant for the position of Tutor Trainer of the same company, where I accepted the new position and at that time they gave me 12 rural communities in the preschool area to follow up on teachers, children and parents in each community and I greatly appreciate the opportunity, because from each community, from each child and teacher I learned a lot, all this process in my life helped me to choose the Bachelor of Psychology, which I ventured to study in the city of Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz.

Throughout my career I have been working in the “Carrusel” Nursery where I was assigned for several months to the area for infants (children from one year to one and a half years old). I loved this area a lot, because it is where the children begin their march. And every time I watched a little one takes their first steps or say their first words, it gave me so much joy to be present in those moments and without a doubt I can say that children's early childhood is the best stage.

Later in the morning, I was as an educational assistant and head teacher at the "Benjamín Franklin" school in charge of the maternal area, where my main task was early stimulation in children from 1 to 2 years old.

In the afternoons I worked at the "ECOSLAND" institution giving language therapy to children with alterations in the aforementioned area, among whom were children with or without disabilities, of different ages (2 to 10 years).

When I finished university, I chose to change cities and now I live in the city of Cancun, Quintana Roo. When I arrived in Cancun, I was working for 6 months as a nanny, with a family while their nanny was recovering.

Currently I have different courses such as:

• The role of nurseries in comprehensive child development.
• How to improve children's self-esteem through games of expression (symbolic, physical and emotional).
• Games for effective communication.
• Play therapy workshop: games to stimulate language.
• By playing we learn the importance of play in the child's development.
• Prevention and timely detection of child abuse.
• Diploma in Language Therapy: Approach to communication and speech difficulties.

Today I am part of the agency "Nanny Heart" where I am with the best disposition to support each of the parents who allow me to care for and live with their little one, I have always believed that things have a wonderful purpose and come in the indicated time, neither before nor after.
