I am 22 years old, I am a mother and I am a student of the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Speaking of my experience with children, I can say that it all started thanks to my cousins, since they were the ones who gave me many nephews whom I saw with a lot of love and felt the need to protect them always.

I remember that I always liked that they were with me, taking care of them, playing with them, feeling like I was an older sister.

There was a time when I was a catechist of the youngest children, from 3 to 4 years old, being in that situation I understood more about the responsibility of the teaching that I had to give to those little ones, where I learned a little from them as well as they learned from me.

BUT HERE COMES THE GOOD THING, I BECAME A MOM. Without a doubt that is the best experience I have had, since my girl is 3 and a half years old, which despite her young age, has left marked in me every stage, since her birth. With her she is the one with whom I have learned the most about care, love, support, patience, responsibility, empathy and among many more, which implies being, living, living with a child.

Why did I decide to study nursing?

I remember that from a very young age I used to play nurse and doctors, there were times when incidents happened with a family member or friend and I was the first one who acted with that state of alert and wanted to help, look for solutions, get support based on what was happening at that time.

After a while, I had my own (real) patient at home, since my mom needed the care after having come out of surgery, so it was me who was giving care to her, based on her needs and that was when I decided to lean more towards this career.

To be a nurse for me, is to have humility, to have that respect for others, empathy, implies a lot of responsibility, attention, but above all the care towards others no matter where you are from, what language you speak, what is your religion, your sexual preferences, etc.

I know how to dance, I know how to cook, I know how to swim, among other qualities.

I want to be the nanny with whom they feel very confident to express themselves, with whom they feel safe but also at the same time, they can feel free.
